LHLC April 2026 Luncheon Meeting
Location: The Bridge at Lake Houston 1105 Smith Rd, Huffman TX Catered by Debbie Murray at Big Time Events Catering
Entertainment: ARM YOURSELF WITH CONFIDENCE by Jeff and Renee Battenberg. Their 501(c)(3) organization is dedicated to empowering children, teenage girls, and women with the confidence and skills needed to handle real-life situations.
At the luncheon, they will share:
Practical self-defense techniques (hands-on demos with optional participation)
Situational awareness training
Senior Neuro Fitness program demos to help you train your nervous system, improve movement, and reduce fall risk
Interactive neuro-training demos that may help with issues like frozen shoulder through targeted visual/cerebellar exercises

2026/27 Membership Dues

2026/27 Membership Dues $ 25.00 a year
Membership is open to all women in the subdivisions and areas surrounding Lake Houston. Prospective members can attend no more than two luncheon meetings as a guest before joining the club. Dues are payable in May and due in September, and must be paid to qualify for voting privileges and participation in any activity. Board members’ dues must be paid in May to serve on the Board. All returning members’ dues should be paid by October 1st at the latest, or their information will be dropped from the directory. The Club’s directory is never used for sales solicitation, fundraisers, home parties, or other non-ladies club business. New or returning members paying dues in April or May will not need to pay again in September. Their dues will be considered paid and current through August 31 of the following year. New members may join at any time. Membership is good from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027. If you join after April 1st, your membership will be good for the remainder of the current year PLUS the following year. To renew your membership, please zelle or send in your $25.00 check to:
